Discovering Your Personality Spectrum Facilitator Kit [$350.00] The first item you'll want to add to your shopping cart is the Discovering Your Personality Spectrum (DYPS) Facilitator Kit. This collection of selected Insight products gives you the direction you need to teach this six-hour course to other people. Here's what it includes:
As a facilitator, you can use the facilitator materials to conduct the entire course or portions of the course to groups of people. Each participant will need to have personal set of course materials. For adults or youth, you can purchase the standard DYPS Workbook for each participant, or if you have an Associate membership you can build your own customized workbook. For youth, you can also substitute the DYPS Youth Workbook coupled with a set of Adult, Youth, or Child Discovery Cards. For children, all you need to purchase is a set of Child Discovery Cards for each child. Participant materials may not be reused. Furthermore, if you'd like to set yourself apart from other DYPS Facilitators, you may want to visit the Directories section and contact one of our corporate or independent trainers who have been authorized to "certify" facilitators. By paying for and participating in this certification program, you are able to work one-on-one with trainers who have been teaching this course for a number of years, who have experienced a wide-variety of training circumstances, and who have heard most of the questions that participants often raise. As part of the certification process (which normally takes 2-3 days), you'll rub shoulders with other candidates and learn important facilitation skills. After meeting the certification requirements, you'll be given a certificate that places you in a limited class of facilitators and gives you a distinct marketing advantage.
