In the past
few years our associates have developed programs and conducted workshops
for the following clients:
Criminal
Justice Organizations
Since 1978,
our personnel have developed and implemented programs in the criminal
justice system and have worked with some of the most resistive and difficult
learners as you can imagine. Yet we found amazing success with our programs.
As a result, our clients have included military prison facilities, maximum
security prisons for both male and female inmates, major metropolitan
jails, probation and parole programs, and a myriad of federal, state and
municipal court diversion or alternative punishment programs.

Educational
Organizations
At the request
of justice officials, we altered our programs to meet the needs of educators,
who desperately needed innovative programs to deal with their at-risk
youth. Our programs teach "life-skills" that help troubled youth turn
away from negative, destructive behaviors and learn more positive, constructive
behaviors. Our personality research was easily integrated into the classroom
and we were able to show educators how to vary their teaching styles to
meet the learning styles of their students. As a result, discipline problems
began to disappear and poor students began to excel.

Business
Organizations
With most
of our clients, we inevitably have provided training to the traditional
staff, not just their client's experiencing some problems. And we find
them to be just as motivated by our techniques as our more troubled clients.
Using these techniques to teach traditional business concepts has been
exceptionally successful and we are continuing to receive more and more
requests to do more traditional business trainings. Our business participants
now include personnel from some of the most recognized and respected companies
in America.
