Jerry A. Sheets (President, Operations) is a Consultant and Trainer specializing in Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness. Jerry comes from a technical background and brings a unique blend of technical, operational, and leadership skills to the training environment. As a consultant for a company specializing in the technical aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, Jerry discovered that the ‘people’ issues were always more difficult to solve than the ‘technical’ issues. His search for a solution led him to become an Insight and True Colors® Master Trainer. Jerry is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute), ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) and the Utah Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
