Jerry A. Sheets is a Consultant and Trainer specializing in Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness. Jerry has a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He comes from a technical background and brings a unique blend of technical, operational, and leadership skills to the training environment. As a consultant for a company specializing in the technical aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, Jerry discovered that ‘people’ issues were always more difficult to solve than ‘technical’ issues. His search for a solution led him to become affiliated with the Insight Learning Foundation. Jerry is a member of ASTD (American Society for Training & Development), IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis, and PMI (Project Management Institute). He is a certified Stephen Minister and Stephen Leader and holds a Train-the-Trainer Certificate from the University of Utah. Jerry has advanced trainer certifications in personality styles from True Colors Inc. and the Insight Learning Foundation.
