LITN Living in the Nexus is an innovative educational course which will teach you everything you need to know about the Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange personalities so that you can interact successfully will all types of people. And it does it in bite-sized pieces.

Once you enroll in this course, each day of the week you will be emailed a link to a 13-minute micro-lesson. Each lesson features content from our best-selling book on temperament, Standing Naked in the Shower: Life-Enriching Insights That Expose Human Nature. After reading the lesson or watching its accompanying video, you will be asked to complete one of two homework assignments. The assignment will help you apply this information to your interpersonal relationships. It takes about 13 minutes to complete the lesson and the assignment.

In 2010, researchers from University College London* determined that if you want to master a new concept or develop a new habit so that it becomes a part of the way you view the world, you need to be exposed to the content every day for approximately 13 weeks. Furthermore, most people need to spend only 13 minutes per day learning the information—the optimum length for this type of distributed learning approach. The Living in the Nexus course attempts to follow this model.

Currently there are 35 lessons in the Living in the Nexus course. Over the next few months the course will be expanded until it reaches its optimal length of 13 weeks. Once you enroll in the course you will be notified whenever new lessons are available.
