This 8-hour self-study course introduces you to the essential concepts of temperament theory and personality styles. You will learn the basic values and strengths of each color and how this information can help you in your day-to-day relationships. This course is a prerequisite to all other Insight independent study courses.

If you have attended the live version of this course as presented by one of our certified facilitators, then this product will be an excellent review—in fact, all of the information and slides presented in the live course are on this CDROM. If you have been unable to attend one of our live courses, and you don’t mind missing the group activities and face-to-face interaction with the facilitator, then this product is a great alternative to acquire the same knowledge and skills.

Insert the CDROM into a Windows-compatible computer and you will find 39 course segments which combine visual, verbal, and interactive instructional techniques to maximize independent learning. After completing all course segments, if you want to earn continuing education credit (0.8 CEUs) or fulfill in-service training requirements, then you may complete an additional writing assignment in return for a certificate of completion. There is no additional charge for this service.
