The Discovering Your Personality Spectrum course is our fundamental 2 to 6 hour workshop designed to introduce you to the Insight Personality System and identify your personality spectrum.

The course is highly interactive, engaging, and entertaining. It consists of a carefully designed combination of 20% lecture, 50% hands-on exercises, and 30% discussion. Course facilitators use hundreds of slides and dozens of original group learning activities.

This is one of the few workshops in existence that truly has no pre-defined audience. Why? Because it benefits anyone, anywhere! We've taught this course from board rooms to employment training centers, from prisons to churches, and from day care centers to colleges. We've traveled throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia--and haven't found an audience that didn't thoroughly enjoy the program.

Course participants consistently rate this program as, “the best training I have ever attended.” This course is so powerful that it can enhance and improve just about every aspect of your life. Our dynamic facilitators are confident they can provide you with the power to immediately increase the quality of your life, as well as the lives of your family, friends, and associates.

Open-Enrollment. From time-to-time this course is presented by our certified facilitators on an open-enrollment basis, meaning that anyone can enroll in the course. To find a location near you, please give us a call or visit the calendar section in the Newsroom section on our website for up-to-date course listings. While rates may vary, the standard retail price of this workshop is $200 per person.

On-site. If you have 10–30 people that would like to complete the course, you may want to consider sponsoring a workshop. In this case, you provide the facility and hire an Insight facilitator to teach the course. For on-site trainings within the continental United States, our training rates are $2,000 per day plus expenses for travel and participant materials. For foreign travel, the training rate is $4,000 per day plus expenses. While we have a cadre of excellent presenters that live around the world, there may or may not be one available in your area, making it necessary to bring one to your site to conduct the workshop.

Because it lays the foundation for all other Insight educational courses, Discovering Your Personality Spectrum is a prerequisite course that must be completed before enrolling in other Insight courses.
